Crazy Without You
Midnight again and sleep just won't come
I toss and turn wanting you so much
It's been so long since I had to give you up
Old memories make me long for your touch
Your sweetness made my heart melt inside
And my soul savored each taste of you
Circumstances of life made me set you free
How it hurt to know we were through
Since you left, I've caught a glimpse or two of you
My whole body aches to possess you again
But you're always with others of your kind
And that monster just won't let me win
Once this terrible longing finally leaves my soul
I'll know I can only worship you from afar
And realize that I must keep my distance
Because diabetes doesn't allow chocolate bars
