Ingredients 3 Cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni 3 Tablespoons Soft Butter 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Cup Mayonnaise - not Miracle Whip Cup Finely Chopped Onion 1 Medium Jar Pimento 1 Small Can Mushroom Slices/Pieces - Drained 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 Small Box Cheez-Its™ - Crushed Directions

Cook 3 cups macaroni in boiling water until almost done.

Drain macaroni and add 3 T butter while macaroni is hot. (This keeps you from having to melt it in the microwave and have it splatter all over the place.)

Add all ingredients except Cheez-Its™ and stir until well mixed. Put mixture into a buttered 13x9 baking dish. Top with crushed Cheez-Its™.

Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

This is good hot, cold or reheated.
