This is a delicious chicken dish that is better the second day - if there's any left. The longer it lasts, the better it gets but you may have to fight over any leftovers.

Ingredients: 4 Whole Chicken Breasts (Boneless/Skinless) 1 lb. Bacon 1 Medium or Large Onion - Chopped 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (28oz.) 3/4 Cup Heinz 57 or A-1 Steak Sauce 4 Tablespoons Sugar Directions:

Cut bacon into bite size pieces and fry in large, deep skillet until almost done; add onion and cook until both are tender. Wash chicken, dry with paper towels and cut into one-inch strips, slightly on the diagonal. Drain grease from bacon, reserving 3 tablespoons. Set bacon/onion mixture aside in a bowl. Pour reserved bacon grease into same skillet, all chicken strips and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain all grease. To bacon in bowl, add diced tomatoes, steak sauce and sugar, mixing well. Place in skillet with chicken. Cover and simmer for about one hour, or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
