INGREDIENTS 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 T. butter ½ cup green onion ½ cup green pepper, chopped 1 cup sour cream 1 pkg. medium (8 oz.) noodles, cooked 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded 2 cups cubed ham, cooked (¾ lb.)

PREPARATION

Melt butter in a large saucepan, saute onion and green pepper. Remove from heat, stir in soup and sour cream. Butter 2 quart casserole. Make layers using 1/3 noodles, 1/3 Swiss cheese and 1/3 ham. Pour sour cream and soup over ham layer. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Time to Prepare: about 30 minutes
Time to Cook: 35 minutes
