Her eyes were wide as saucers
As she looked through the window pane
Bewilderment and disbelief
At that sight through the falling rain

Her garden grew just overnight
It had grown so very high
It really looked to Sarah
That it might even reach the sky

The colors were bright and brilliant
And all so very new
She shook her head in wonderment
At all the rainbow hue

Sarah Sue was smiling
But she had not one small clue
As to how this whole thing happened
Just how her garden grew

She's such a happy little girl
Our wonderful Sarah Sue
Cause now she has the perfect gift
To share with all of you
